The Radian Wingman cyclist visibility devices carry a one (1) year product warranty from the original purchase date to the original owner/purchaser (proof of purchase is required).  This warranty covers materials and manufacturing flaws on the device body, the reflective materials, the mounting apparatus, and any covered sub-components.  Submission of a completed product registration form (via on-line link and in the product packaging) is required for activation of the Wingman product warranty. The lighting fixture included with the Wingman device is manufactured by a third-party company.  Radian Wingman makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance, quality, reliability, or safety of this light fixture, or any other light fixture, or any other third-party component, attached or used in conjunction with the Wingman product.  Radian Wingman disclaims any liability for damages, malfunctions, or failures arising from or related to the third-party taillight, including but not limited to improper performance or defects.  This no warranty policy extends to any aftermarket lighting fixture or other device attached to, or used in conjunction with, the Wingman device during its use.

Matters not covered by this warranty include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, cycling-related crashes or similar incidents that impact the products structural integrity, reflective properties, or proper functioning, theft, abuse, alteration, or neglect.

The Wingman product is intended to be used only as a cycling visibility aid and must not be used for any purpose other than enhancing the visibility and detectability of the cyclist-user to drivers and vehicles (when equipped with operational collision avoidance systems and sensors such as Forward Collision Warning and Automatic Emergency Braking functionalities. Wingman is not a protective device and does not shield cyclists from impacts or collisions.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification or alteration of the warranted product. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty.

This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner/purchaser, and is not transferrable. This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Radian and Wingman, or through authorized dealers or distributors.

Radian and Wingman makes no warranty that the Wingman product will protect the cyclist user from any and all collisions, near-misses, falls, (including any collisions with other cyclists) from vehicle-related incidents with drivers or motor vehicles or any other objects (static or dynamic) operating or encountered on or adjacent to roadways, sidewalks, roundabouts, cross walks, intersections, highways, bridges, tunnels, pathways, or any other areas where bicycles are permitted to operate.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To obtain warranty service, you must:

1. Contact Wingman Customer Service via email at support@radianllc.net. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. We will contact you with any additional questions or need for additional information.
2. Ship the Product, at your expense, to the address provided by Customer Service. Ensure the Product is safely packaged and includes a copy of your proof of purchase and contact information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Radian and Wingman’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product, and under no circumstances shall Radian or Wingman be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Wingman product.

Governing Law

This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
